UK: Hospitals to Deny Care to “Racist” or “Homophobic” Patients

Sorry, but I find this completely ridiculous. If you need care, a doctor should give you the care you need, not act as a nanny and “punish” you for your views by refusing to care for you.

I don’t know what it is about the British mindset but I swear to Goddess these people have the most unhealthy obsession with nannying, with acting like big babies who need their diapers changed, and with controlling everyone else around them. “You can’t do this, you can’t say that, you shouldn’t be allowed to do that,” etc. What the HELL??

Control freaks. Absolute control freaks. To my American eyes, it’s not anything I could ever, ever live with.

In one of Kat Blaque’s videos – I’m not sure which one; I’ll have to find it later – she talks about how she wishes cis people wouldn’t constantly walk around trans people on eggshells all the time. She seems to think that “cisgender” people just assume that trans people are these wounded, fragile beings who just fall apart at the slightest thing…

….but what she has to remember is that “cis” people are walking through a world wherein trans people and their allies ARE that fragile. They DO become incensed and offended and angry and belligerent and even dangerous at the drop of a hat. Say the wrong thing, use the wrong pronoun, say “you guys” to a roomful of people of every conceivable gender, and they absolutely lose their minds. They are NOT mentally stable. They are NOT emotionally stable. These are the people who do things like get Meghan Murphy and Posie Parker permanently banned from Twitter – or cost Maya Forstater her job. They are social terrorists. They are absolute raging bullies, and sometimes I wonder how they have managed to NOT go to jail for assaulting people who simply say things or believe things that disagree with them or their viewpoints.

THIS IS WHY “cisgender” people walk on eggshells around trans people and treat them like they are unstable, mentally ill people – too many of them act like it, and there’s no telling if the one standing in front of you right here, right now is one of those people. It’s not something that can be discerned simply by looking at someone. Any interaction with any of them could result in your life being turned completely upside down because you said something they found offensive so they have to destroy you as a result. They have bullied cis people to this point, and they refuse to take responsibility for this. This mirrors the worst of abusive relationships (kind of like the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard situation, where one party claims “you abused me” but the reality is completely the opposite – the party claiming to be the victim is actually the abuser).

Own up to it, Kat. This is what your people do. Your trans peers and your allies. It’s better if “cis” people just don’t interact with trans people at all, if possible. It’s also better if their allies are avoided too, but if someone is a “cis” ally, it’s harder to tell who they are if you’re just in an office with them, at the grocery store, in line at the bank, etc. But once one knows who they are, it’s better if one doesn’t speak to them at all, or interact with them in any way if it can be avoided. That way there’s no risk of them becoming offended at some horrible statement like “you guys” and ripping one a new arsehole. Your people have trivialized the entire concept of “triggered” into complete uselessness – and I say that as a person who has experienced abuse and who knows what being triggered really is, but I don’t weaponize it like you people do. The abuse I suffered at the hands of my alcoholic mother & stepfather is for me to deal with – not the rest of the world. It is inappropriate for me to make that experience the problem of everyone else out there, and this is opposite of what the trans people do as well as trans allies.

Just wanted to put that out there. It’s a very real problem that needs addressing. If you want to be treated like a normal adult in the world, then act like one.

Man Who Stabbed His High School Teen Girlfriend to Death Now Identifies as “Trans Woman”: Sora (née Jordan Kuykendall)

Sora Kuykendall was 20-years-old when he stabbed to death his 17-year-old ex-girlfriend, a high school student who had recently broken things off with Mr. Kuykendall due to his longterm history of abusing her.

Currently serving a 40-year sentence for the savage crime, the killer claims he has “identified as female” since age six. When Illinois didn’t comply quickly enough with Mr. Kuykendall’s demand for hormones that would feminize his appearance, he forced the state’s hand by castrating his own testicles. Once provided with hormones and a bra, Mr. Kuykendall procured the legal aide of the local ACLU, and is suing the Illinois Department of Corrections for multiple demands, including a higher dosage of hormones and gender-affirming surgery. He is also appealing his sentence, claiming that being transgender put him in a mental state that made him unable to fully understand the consequences of his guilty plea.

After four years of dating Mr. Kuykendall, Erin Schneider had had enough of the beatings he inflicted on her. The high schooler broke off their relationship, and filed an emergency order of protection against Mr. Kuykendall, who was named Jordan at the time.

According to the girl’s mother, ShellyAnn, Mr. Kuykendall had regularly abused Ms. Schneider over the course of their relationship. A law enforcement source confirmed that they had investigated at least one earlier allegation of intimate partner violence.

The hearing for the order of protection was set for two weeks later.

On June 27, 2013, just hours before the scheduled hearing, Ms. Schneider went to Mr. Kuykendall’s home. At some point after Mr. Kuykendall let her inside, he mercilessly stabbed his former girlfriend multiple times in the neck and torso.

The killer then fled the scene in his car, and crashed head-on into another vehicle a mile away.

Mr. Kuykendall’s older brother, a registered sex offender, found the body.

Thomas Coppotelli, deputy commander of the Major Case Squad, said the teen had gone to meet with her abuser out of naiveté. She was a “truly innocent victim,” he said, “who was caught in a bad situation.”

Mr. Kuykendall was charged with first-degree murder in June 2013, to which he ultimately pleaded guilty. In January 2014, months after his arrest, he declared himself transgender.

Mr. Kuykendall is part of a class-action lawsuit against the state’s Department of Corrections, which was brought by six biologically male transgender plaintiffs who are fighting for the state to cater to their beliefs in their gender identity.

One of the six men, convicted killer Janiah Monroe, was transferred to a women’s facility nine days ago. The ACLU of Illinois also fought successfully to have Strawberry (formerly Deon) Hampton, transferred to a women’s prison in late December.

Mr. Kuykendall is arguing that when the state accepted his guilty plea, there was a “substantial denial” of rights under the Eighth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which protects against “cruel and unusual punishment.” He claimed that the emotional stress of being transgender, combined with major depression and a personality disorder, made him unable to fully understand the consequences of pleading guilty.

A status hearing was held last Wednesday morning at the Monroe County Courthouse regarding Jordan Kuykendall, who is serving a 40-year sentence at Menard Correctional Center in Chester for the June 27, 2013, stabbing death of former girlfriend and Columbia High School student Erin Schneider.

VANCOUVER—A trans woman in a B.C. women’s jail has filed a human-rights complaint after being asked to sign a contract obliging her to continually “demonstrate” her gender in order to stay.

Since September 2018, Hayden Patterson has been held at the Alouette Correctional Centre for Women as she awaits extradition to the United States on a murder charge. Before arriving at the women’s facility, she was being detained in a men’s jail; she requested a transfer so she could be in an institution consistent with her female gender identity.

However, before it would accept her, the women’s jail required that she sign a special behavioural contract that, among other things, said she must continue to “demonstrate gender expression that is consistent with (her) current gender identity (as a woman).”

Patterson’s lawyer, Laura Track of the Community Legal Assistance Society, said Patterson feels she is subject to conditions that other female inmates are not and that the contract’s requirement is vague and discriminatory.

“On a plain reading of that term, she doesn’t know whether if she didn’t shave for a couple of days, didn’t wear makeup or decided to cut her hair really short — or otherwise wasn’t performing her female gender to the standard that corrections deems appropriate — that she could face consequences for that, including return to a men’s institution,” Track said.

In 2016, the B.C. human rights act was amended to protect trans people from discrimination based on their gender identity or expression.

As part of the contract Patterson signed, she is also prohibited from having a cellmate. She says that is resulting in “distress, frustration and loneliness,” especially as other inmates have told her they would be willing share a cell with her.

The Alouette facility, represented by a lawyer for the provincial government’s Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General, denies the policies are discriminatory but declined an interview request.

In its written response filed to the human-rights tribunal in January, the prison says Patterson was required to sign the contract because she had been “charged with 25 Regulation violations” while at the men’s prison and the contract aims to keep Patterson, other inmates and prison staff safe.

The institution also said the no-cellmate condition is part of its policy for trans inmates who have not had gender-affirming surgery. According to the documents, that is the case for Patterson.

Patterson also has an ongoing human-rights complaint filed against Surrey Pretrial Services Centre, the men’s prison where she was held before the transfer to Alouette. She alleges that the prison discriminated against her based on religion when it refused to provide her with kosher meals. The jail denies the allegation and argues that Patterson could not sufficiently prove she was Jewish.

The complaint against Alouette is set for a hearing between June 24 to 28, and a hearing for the complaint against the Surrey jail is expected for the fall.

MY COMMENT: I cannot understand how anyone can regard this kind of bullshit as anything resembling sane behavior. But in their desire to score woke points, they let certain people get away with anything to “make up for” how “oppressed” they’ve been by “cisgender, straight, white people.”

It’s so sad but according to this article, Lesbianism Is Dying and that’s not a good thing.

You don’t even have to be a feminist to be a woman who has stood up for her sex-based rights only to be told to STFD and STFU. This is the reality of women, particularly in the West. Sorry, but that’s the way it is for us and has been for thousands of years.

And I guess that’s one of those things about being a WOMAN that I really do not believe trans women have been through, since childhood. Having a girl’s body makes all the difference in the world, even from one’s earliest days. Sometimes I put it this way: my stepfather wouldn’t have sexually assaulted me if I had not had the girl’s body that I did, especially being as buxom as I am (I took after my mother in that respect – I’m what is often called a “short stack” in that I’m not a tall woman and I was blessed by the boob fairy). He was definitely not gay; he was inclined to womanizing, and I was but ONE of his female targets (he attempted to seduce a couple of my mother’s women friends and he did sleep with some whore or another at one point, and brought home to my mother a lovely venereal disease). He could tell, even in the drunken state he was invariably in when he did this shit, who was a woman and who was a man – and he never hit on anything that even smelled of a man.

So yeah, WE have to be pushy. WE have to be – as my former high priest put it – women of Iron Ovaries. WE have to be complete bitches if we’re not going to be ground under the heels of men. No one else is going to do this for us.

Naturally, we’re not ever going to get any credit for this. No one wants us this way; they want us to be compliant and sweet and accommodating – as usual. As they have wanted us for five thousand years or more.

Yeah, I’m kind of irritated at that comment above.
